Saint Mark's Apartments

Overview

This adaptive re-use project includes the renovation and conversion of the Saint Nicholas School building, a registered Seattle Landmark located in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle, into an affordable housing complex. In partnership with Redwood Housing, the project will include the construction of a new 6-story addition to the west side of the existing building. The complex will provide around 135 affordable housing apartment units, common areas, offices, and a large community room.
