Overview

This project involves the development of a new, mixed-use, 8-story affordable apartment building totaling 121,940 gross square feet. Designed to house 151 compact yet efficiently planned residential units, including studios, one-bedrooms, and two-bedrooms, the building consists of six levels of Type-IIIA wood-framed residential construction atop two at-grade floors of Type-IA concrete construction. These ground levels include additional residential units, a residential amenity room, fitness center, bike parking and storage, a leasing office, a residential lounge, lobby, and commercial TI retail spaces. The apartments feature base-level finishes such as solid surface countertops, drop-in sinks, white appliances, and vinyl plank flooring, while common areas offer modern and inviting communal environments with mid- to high-grade finishes. As a publicly funded affordable housing development, the project will adhere to the Evergreen Sustainable Development Standards (ESDS).
