Overview

This new construction multifamily project features three levels of parking, one of which is below grade, and six additional levels of residential construction. It will house a total of 82 residential units, including 6 studios, 11 open one-bedrooms, 56 one-bedrooms, and 9 two-bedrooms. Designed with both function and livability in mind, the development includes a welcoming entry lobby, leasing office, mailroom, and back-of-house support spaces to serve residents and operations.
