Overview
This mixed-use, mixed-income transit-oriented development is located adjacent to the Issaquah Transit Center and will consist of two buildings: one dedicated to affordable housing and the other to market-rate housing developed by a separate entity. The affordable housing component will include 160 residential units along with integrated support spaces such as parking, common areas, offices, and a large community room, all situated within the ground-level podium. A key feature of the project is a 10,000-square-foot community facility on the ground floor, designed to eventually house behavioral, medical, and dental services. While the tenant improvements for this space will be completed by others, the core and shell mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems have been coordinated to support future use. The overall design prioritizes accessibility, community wellness, and transit connectivity.
