7 Cedars Casino Renovation

The project involves the remodel and renovation of the West side of the 7 Cedars Casino, covering approximately 22,000 square feet. The scope includes upgrades to the Slots area, Cage spaces, Food and Beverage zones, Club/Stage venue, and Restrooms. A key focus is the reconfiguration and material facelift of the Casino Floor Bar, including improved screening of the service station below the cage windows. Enhancements to ceiling design, lighting, signage, and ceiling height are critical design goals.

The project also addresses aging MEP infrastructure, now 15 to 20 years old, with Delta E assessing the replacement of equipment to support a newly adopted no-smoking policy. As part of this transition, HVAC systems will be revised to allow for raised ceilings, incorporate recirculated air, reduce air changes, and meet updated filtration requirements.
