This project involves the interior renovation of an existing building adjacent to the current De Mar showroom, focusing on upgraded lighting design across two distinct phases. Phase 1 will enhance the showroom, which features an existing open wood ceiling, while Phase 2 will address the boardroom, incorporating a new dropped ceiling lid. The lighting scope includes a comprehensive design approach, providing ambient lighting throughout, targeted task lighting for breakout display areas, and decorative fixtures at key display and reception zones. The design also accommodates both front-of-house and back-of-house lighting needs to ensure functionality and visual impact across all renovated spaces
