This Marriott Autograph Collection hotel tower will consist of 15 stories above grade floors and two basement levels while offering approximately 170 hotel units. While there is no parking garage, the hotel will feature three commercial kitchens that serve two restaurants—one located at ground level and another on Level 15—as well as a bar. A distinctive rooftop solarium will be situated on Level R1, providing a premium amenity experience for guests.
