This proposed development is a large-scale multifamily residential project located at 11040 Main Street in the heart of downtown Bellevue, Washington. Encompassing over 350 apartment units, the project is designed as two connected structures—one rising six stories above ground (South Building) and the other reaching eight stories (North Building)—both situated over a shared three-level underground parking garage with 278 spaces. Constructed using Type IIIA over Type IA construction methods, the entire development is planned under a single permit.
