Overview

The Washington State Department of Health’s Public Health Laboratory, located in Shoreline, WA, has undergone a significant expansion and renovation. The project includes a new two-story addition to the South Laboratory and a partial renovation of the northern section of the A-wing. The addition provides dedicated spaces for key departments, including Radiation, Drinking Water, Chemical Incident Response, Shellfish, and Water Microbiology. It also features modern workspaces and collaborative gathering areas designed to support efficiency and innovation.
