Overview

This two-story multi-cultural center in Lake City will serve as a vibrant community hub, offering approximately 25,000 square feet of enclosed space and an additional 6,200 square feet of exterior decks and garden areas, including a rooftop patio and garden. Designed to foster inclusivity, creativity, and learning, the center will feature a large multipurpose community room, a children’s playroom, an art gallery, a community art studio, classrooms, and second-level office spaces, along with essential back-of-house support areas. Below-grade parking will accommodate visitors and staff. The project is also exploring the pursuit of Living Building Certification, emphasizing deep sustainability, regenerative design, and long-term environmental stewardship.
