As a recognized industry leader, Stefanie has played a pivotal role in over 125 LEED-certified projects and volunteered her time to multiple USGBC committees, helping shape the future of green building.

Stefanie is the President and Principal of Sustainability at Delta E, bringing over 15 years of experience in sustainability strategy and consulting. She has worked extensively with architecture firms, public agencies, and private developers to evaluate and implement sustainable solutions across a wide range of project types and locations. Stefanie’s technical expertise includes carbon accounting and climate change resiliency analysis, with a well-rounded approach that allows her to bridge policy, design, and performance to create impactful outcomes for both clients and communities. Stefanie served on the USGBC LEED Energy & Atmosphere Technical Advisory Group, where she focused on decarbonization strategies and climate adaptation. In addition to her work at Delta E, Stefanie is an affiliate instructor at the University of Washington’s College of Built Environments, where she teaches Infrastructure Finance with a focus on sustainability and resiliency through the Master of Infrastructure Planning and Management program.
