Mac Rushing

Mac has worked in mechanical engineering since 2016, developing a strong focus in high-rise multifamily and commercial office projects. He brings a thoughtful balance of technical expertise and coordination skills to every project. In addition to high-rise work, Mac has deep experience with mid-rise multifamily developments and affordable housing projects, designing mechanical systems that are both efficient and designed for occupant wellbeing. He’s known for being highly responsive, easy to collaborate with, and detail-oriented. Mac’s ability to anticipate challenges and stay closely aligned with both design and construction teams makes him an essential part of the integrative design process.

Outside of work, Mac enjoys getting outside, hitting the ice for a game of hockey, and spending quality time with his nieces and nephews.
