George Grissom

Since beginning his career, George has established experience in BIM production, coordination, and construction documentation across a wide range of project types. As a BIM Specialist at Delta E, he brings hands-on expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud, ProjectWise, and related digital tools, supporting multidisciplinary project delivery with a strong focus on accuracy, clarity, and buildable outcomes. His experience includes hydropower and fishery facilities, water and treatment infrastructure, airport and air traffic control environments, university housing and learning facilities, mixed-use developments, corporate campuses, data centers, and public-sector projects.

George is known for combining strong technical production skills with a practical, solutions-oriented approach to model management and document delivery. He supports project teams through model development, sheet production, QA/QC, standards compliance, coordination workflows, family editing, as-built documentation, and drawing package maintenance. He is also deeply interested in workflow improvement and digital innovation, including the development of custom automation tools that enhance efficiency, reduce repetitive effort, and strengthen project execution. More broadly, George brings a lifelong dedication to understanding problems deeply and developing useful solutions—an instinct that informs both his technical work and the way he collaborates with others.

Outside of work, George is a longtime performing musician who has played live throughout Seattle and greater Washington for decades. He also enjoys astrophotography, spending time outdoors, and learning new skills wherever curiosity leads.
