Erica Vogt

With a background in Community Development and Organizational Systems, Erica brings over six years of experience in administrative support and fostering a welcoming, well-run office environment. She entered the AEC industry in 2023, where she provides multi-level support across the firm, including facilities management, event planning, and project support. Known for her thoughtful, people-first approach, Erica plays a key role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly while creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Erica is passionate about human-centered work and is proud to support a firm that prioritizes affordable housing and community-focused design. She values the opportunity to contribute to projects that have a meaningful impact, and approaches her work with a strong sense of organization, adaptability, and care for both people and process.

Outside of the office, Erica can be found working at the Ballard Farmers Market, volunteering at the Ballard Community Center, and going on long walks around the Ballard Locks and Golden Gardens (you’ll never guess which neighborhood she lives in).
