Andrew Blackwell

Since beginning his career in 2016, Andrew has developed deep expertise in projects across diverse sectors, including office, tenant improvements, medical, military, and industrial facilities. From 2017 to 2022, he was a key member of his firm’s commercial team, contributing to the design and delivery of large-scale office buildings, shopping centers, and industrial developments. In 2025, Andrew relocated to Seattle and transitioned his focus to high-rise and mid-rise multifamily buildings and hospitality. His recent work spans a range of project types, from affordable housing and decarbonization planning to EV infrastructure and other forward-thinking initiatives.

Outside the office, Andrew enjoys spending time with friends and family, discovering new hiking trails, and immersing himself in all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer. At home, he shares his space with two cats, Einstein and Tesla.
